The Events & Membership Coordinator is responsible for key roles within the planning, promotion, implementation and evaluation of events, membership and communication initiatives. You will be required to work with a small team of staff, technical committees, Paddlesports representatives, members, clubs, coaches, volunteers and the broader Paddlesport community to ensure the smooth operation and promotion of the organisation.
The role is tailored to suit a recent graduate, or an avenue for someone looking to get into the sporting industry. This role is part-time 4 days per week; 12-month fixed contract (with potential for contract extension). We are looking for immediate start.
The role primarily focuses on:

  • Events Coordination and Liaison with Paddlesports Technical Committees
  • Membership and Club Administration Support
  • Communications and Marketing
  • General Administration and Financial Support
