The paddle

 

From your launch point at the boat ramp you have a number of options to design paddles to suit your requirements. You will need to return to your launch point at the end of your paddle.

 

How to get there

 

Tinaroo Falls Dam is 15 km North-East of Atherton.

 

What to expect Ð water conditions, etc

 

Given the size of the lake you need to consider the effect of winds and changing weather conditions. The Lake covers 3320 ha.

 

Distance/Time to allow

 

You can tailor your paddles to the time that you have available. You can organise interesting paddles of 2 to 4 hours in duration.
